We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned — whether it’s a size that doesn’t fit, a product that doesn’t match your expectations, or a change of mind. That’s why we have created a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy to ensure that your shopping experience with us is transparent, reliable, and worry-free.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges will be accepted, along with the procedures you need to follow to initiate them. By purchasing from NexttShopper, you agree to the terms stated below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We want every purchase to be a positive experience. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product Condition – The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact.
  2. Timeframe – Refund requests must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of receiving the order, depending on your region and local laws.
  3. Proof of Purchase – A valid order number, invoice, or payment receipt must be provided.
  4. Non-Refundable Items – Certain categories such as lingerie, swimwear, personal hygiene items, gift cards, and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
  5. Shipping Condition – Products damaged due to improper packaging by the customer during return shipment may not qualify for a refund.

3. Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally be approved under the following scenarios:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Defective or Damaged Item: If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Size/Style Issues: If the clothing does not fit as expected, subject to availability of returns.
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order fails to arrive within the promised delivery timeframe and you no longer wish to keep it.
  • Order Cancellation (Pre-Shipment): If you cancel an order before it has been shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, not all purchases can be refunded. Refunds will not be approved in these cases:

  • Change of Mind Beyond Return Window: If the return request is submitted after the eligibility period.
  • Used/Worn Products: Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.
  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased on clearance, flash sales, or promotional discounts where it is clearly stated that items are non-returnable.
  • Personalized/Customized Orders: Products tailored or customized for the customer.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: If an order ID or invoice cannot be provided.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To make the process easy and seamless, customers can request a refund in three simple steps:

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

  • Visit our official website at www.nexttshopper.com and log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the Orders Section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click on Request a Refund/Return and fill out the form, stating the reason.
  • Attach supporting photos in case of damage, defects, or wrong item delivery.

Step 2: Receive Approval Instructions

  • Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the item back.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. Items returned without a valid RAN may not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • Package the item securely with all tags and labels.
  • Ship it using the courier service specified in the return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, the following steps will be taken:

  1. Inspection – Our quality assurance team will check the product’s condition.
  2. Approval/Rejection – If the return is approved, the refund will be processed. If rejected, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  3. Refund Method – Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, UPI, etc.).
  4. Processing Time – Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchange Policy

Sometimes, you may prefer an exchange rather than a refund. We allow exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size replacement (if the desired size is in stock).
  • Color exchange (if available).
  • Replacement of defective or damaged items.

If the desired product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.


8. Store Credit Option

Instead of a direct refund, customers can choose NexttShopper Store Credit, which offers additional benefits:

  • Faster processing time.
  • Credit can be applied to future purchases.
  • Store credit remains valid for 12 months from issuance.

9. Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds right after placing an order.

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You must follow the return process once the product is delivered.

10. Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
  • In the case of free shipping promotions, the actual shipping cost incurred by NexttShopper may be deducted from the refund amount (except for defective/wrong products).
